Ditec Entrematic is a leading supplier of entrance systems for industrial, commercial, and residential applications.
With international subsidiaries and manufacturing facilities as well as a wider network of local distributors and dealers, Ditec Entrematic provides automatic entrance systems to a global clientele in more than 80 countries worldwide.
The company is currently in an expansion phase and establishing new business areas.

Main responsibilities of the role

Ditec Entrematic’s position in NL comprises sales and marketing of automatic entrances
(gates automation, pedestrian doors automation, rapid doors) to importers and distributors through the export organization based in Caronno Pertusella, in the Milan area, Italy

- Full responsibility of the sales in the area, responding to the export director.
- Consolidation, develop and structure the sales network managing distributor and dealers sales
- Work with the region’s business plan, budget and strategic processes.
- Introduce more products to enhance the position as entrance automation specialist in selected market segments.
- Timely management reporting of results, strategic development and address management issues.

Applicant qualifications

- Wide experience of sales management and distributors/dealers sales
- Degree in economics, a technical base (mechanic, electronic) will be a plus
- Managerial attitude
- Experience from the relevant region in the automatic entrances industry is a must
- Demonstrated skills in project management, multi-task execution and problem solving skills
- Strong in building relationships with key contacts at all levels in different organizations
- Analytical
- Energetic
- Result oriented and high performer
- Good communication and presentation skills
- High level of integrity
- Ability to think strategically and be hands-on simultaneously
- Resident in the area and available to frequently travel in the area
- Fluency in English spoken, written at a negotiation level.
- Other European languages will be a plus.
